Returns & Exchanges

At Julep, we want you to love every glow-up; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your beauty products within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure items are in their original packaging and have at least 50% of their contents remaining to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place your Julep products in their original shipping box or a similar secure mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
